Here’s what to expect when you work with us…

Your discovery call is through video conferencing on your computer. No long wait times in a depressing waiting room because being sick is stressful enough. Dr. Jake, Dr. Natalie, and the rest of our team will also work with your specialist or primary care physician to coordinate care.

ADVANCED TESTING: If your case requires testing to be ordered testing can be arranged at a clinic, hospital, or blood-draw location conveniently near you.

NUTRITIONAL ASSESSMENT: Nutritional supplementation can be sent directly to your home. 

The DUTCH HORMONE TEST PACKAGE

This is a comprehensive hormone test to be completed at home between days 19-22 of your cycle if you are menstruating woman. Men can complete this test at home on any day of the month.

This test includes:

  • One test kit with filter paper urine collection strips to be performed at home at a specific point in your cycle

  • One 30-45 minute session to review the test results with a practitioner on our team

The cost of this package is $797.

This package does not include access to our practitioners outside of the lab review call.

THE GI MAP TEST PACKAGE

The GI Map test is very comprehensive stool analysis to be performed at home.

This test includes:

  • One stool analysis to be performed at home

  • One 30-45 minute session to review the test results with a practitioner on our team

The cost of this package is $797.

This package does not include access to our practitioners outside of the lab review call.

The Complete Gut & Hormone Test Package

This testing package includes both the DUTCH Hormone Test & the GI Map Test.

This package also includes:

  • One 60-minute session to review the test results with a practitioner on our team

  • A complete health plan of action to be delivered to the client 3-5 business days after the review session

The cost of this package is $1397.

WORK 1:1 WITH A PRACTITIONER

This package is designed for clients seeking a comprehensive approach to health and/or extra support.

The Full Support Package includes the following: 

  • Comprehensive Blood Analysis 

  • Three Client Health Visits 

  • Unlimited Practice Better Portal Access 

  • Personalized Wellness Plan 

This package is intended to be used in a 16 week time-frame. All visits that are not utilized within the 16 week time-frame will expire. Book a discovery call to speak with a practitioner to determine your path with the team.
